Product (s) can be exchanged within 10 days from the date of purchase(date of delivery). Please note that the product must be unused with the price label attached along with the purchase invoice. Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged/returned. Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. Also, variations may come about due to extra embellishments used during shoots which may differ from original products slightly. We will only exchange or refund any product(s), if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect. Contact our customer service centre by emailing us images of defected product at firstname.lastname@example.org calling us at 0044 7448 989957within 5 days (of delivery of the)purchase. After our team reviews the product, you will be offered an exchange with same price value product.
Customers are eligible for a return within 5 working days of the delivery. The item purchased should be unused and in the same condition that they received it with all tags and original packaging complete. If your return gets accepted the money will be credited on to the original payment method. In case if the return is not accepted the item would be sent back to the seller with the standard postage fees deducted from their bank account/card. All returns postage is to be paid by the buyer.

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the ‘Return and Exchange Policy’ will apply. EASTLIBAS may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: The item is out of stock, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.

Free shipping on all orders above the purchase of £50. Upon placing an order, you will receive a verification call or SMS from our Customer Service Associate to ensure order accuracy. Once your order has been confirmed, it will be sent to our warehouse for shipment. If the item(s) in “Cash on Delivery” order are out of stock in our warehouse, then we will only ship the available article(s). You will be informed via phone or email in case a shipment is delayed due to any given reason. Your order should be delivered within 3- 5 business days.
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and the weight of your shipment. Also, please ensure to check the DUTY charges (if any) of your shipment as the duty charges will be payable to the courier company at the time of the delivery. Estimate your shipping and duty charges by simply adding items to the shopping cart. Your order is reviewed to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Once your order has been approved and authorized by credit card processors, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment. Please note, credit card processing can take up to 3 business days depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by you. If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, they will be shipped as soon as possible from our warehouse. Once you get your order confirmation email, you can track your order from www.dhl.com(the courier company website). If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, then we will take your advice for the replacement product (s). You will be informed via email in case the shipment gets delayed due to any given reason. Delivery time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, custom delays and the transit time from DHL (courier company). Estimated delivery time ranges from 2-4(3-6) working days for in-stock items. Please note that customs duties and clearance charges must be fulfilled by the customer.
